 GSM EXECUTIVE RASCALITY LED US INTO WASTAGES

To be candid,this is never a good time for us in Oyo State. The state that could not afford grants to public schools,on the ground of pulcity of funds and then resulted to writing first term exams on the chalkboard for students. Even,the same students went home empty handed,without their report cards for the previous two terms. 

The state,where we borrowed to build common Bus Stop,borrowed to plant flowers, borrowed to even repair the refurbished bus we borrowed to purchase. Ain't we suppose to be more serious and avoid reckless spending.

With this #3.7billion,that our Governor will be wasting soon,we can do more than enough with it.

At the total  cost of #3,500,000, standard four (4) blocks of classrooms will be built per LG and LCDAs. That is about #672,000,000 to build 256 schools across the 64 Local areas in the state. 

We are owing Osun state the sum of #8bn over the LAUTECH acquisition,which Oyo state is expected to clear within 3 years. Per year,this pay back amount to #2,600,000,000. At easy,we would have have paid for the first trench,but with this needles debt,we may have to borrow again to pay Oyo state government. 

By now,if we had been judicious with our finances, from this #3.7bn,we will still have reasonable amount left,to  spend on the promise made to the wives of the slain policemen, during the last Endsars protest.

From this wastages we are experiencing currently in Oyo State,we are in dare need of a good manager of resources and artful state manager. 

OYO STATE IS BLEEDING,WITH THIS WASTAGE SPREE,LORD HELP US!!!!
