 Senator Folarin Pays Condolence Visit to Alakanrans Palace [Photos]

Senator Teslim Folarin on Wednesday, visited the palace of the late H.R.H Oba James Oladipupo Obisesan (Alakaran of Akanran Land), to commiserate with the immediate family of the monarch, the chiefs and the entire people of Akanran in Ona Ara LGA.

While addressing the people inside the palace, the Oyo Central senator said late Oba James Obisesan towered above many people, not only as a King but also as an intellectual.

"We should at this point in time be proud of the services of the late king.  He fought to make sure that something good came to Akanran. Baba had the love of this town at heart. He’s gone but he lived a good life. Akanran kingdom has lost an icon. May God give us the fortitude to bear the great loss. May Kabiyesi rest in perfect peace" the lawmaker said.

The late monarch who died on last Saturday was 82years of age.
